We have a large 8-person HBOT tank that we run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong

It calms the mind, improves wellbeing and fitness. It is often described as a gentle moving meditation. As it is low impact it is suitable for all ages and abilities. It can also be effective if done in a seated position just gently moving the arms.

We have freshly made home cooked food with local high quality ingredients in our café as well as plenty of events throughout the year.

Gardening and Relaxation

We have a large relaxing outdoor space, a vegetable patch and small pond. We use this garden for both relaxation and therapeutic effects and to host events.
