Fitness and Gym Classes

Our very own Sarah teaches Chair-based exercise classes, floor based fitness Pilates and one to one personal sessions on Mondays and Thursdays, plus classes for Parkinson’s clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All her exercises are suited to your ability! Her classes are great fun, great exercise and great for socialising too.

This all-round unique workout is for all levels and abilities with many adaptions for chair work, standing work and movement work in all areas of fitness, challenging the whole body and mind. Classes include Co-ordinations, mobility, posture, core stability, strength, flexibility, relaxation, and much more.

If you are interested in other types of exercise classes or sessions in performing arts, dance, singing or drama, please let me know as I am happy to accommodate these.

Tuesday 1:30 till 2:30
Thursday 1.30 till 2.30

Any one with Parkinson’s, any age and ability, also wheel chair users welcome, exercises have adaptions to suit all.

Monday 10:00 till 11:00

Who is the class for.
Must be able to get on and off the floor but only at the beginning and end of the session, any age and ability, exercises have adaptions to suit all. Please check you have GP clearance to attend the class.

Please contact Sarah on the above details as this class is a pre booking and pre paying class at £24 for 4 sessions, as places are limited it needs to be booked and paid for in advance.
